The Judson Alumni Prayer Ministry

About the Judson University Alumni Prayer Ministry

The Judson Alumni Prayer Ministry is an Alumni engagement group spearheaded by Alumni Board Member, Linda Figgins '74 and Ratisha Bolin '19.

The Alumni Prayer Ministry was started to offer alumni the opportunity to submit prayer requests and come together in prayer for Judson University and all its community members. As a community, we strongly believe in the power of prayer and we frequently come together as the body of Christ to pray together.

Join us in praying for the requests listed below:

Join us in prayer for the following JU Faculty/Staff Prayer Requests: HERE

  • We pray for our students, faculty, and staff as they navigate the new semester. Father, grant them wisdom and guidance to follow the path you have laid out for each of them.

  • We pray for our scholar athletes that are preparing for their Athletic seasons. Father grant them strength, energy, and perseverance to approach each practice, tournament, game, or meet with the goal of glorifying you in all they do.

  • Please pray for Bethany Stiltner. Bethany has had two spinal surgeries this summer to remove tumors from her spine. Both of these tumors had entered the spinal cord. Post surgery, Bethany has minimal use of her legs. She is unable to stand on her own or remain standing on her own, and cannot walk even with a walker. Please join us in praying for her recovery. The surgeons have said her recovery may take a year. Please pray for those who are helping her with this recovery and for her everyday needs. Bethany has just started rehab at a facility in Rockford, IL. Thank you so very much!!  Richard Stiltner(father) '70

  • My sister is an alcoholic. She seems to be getting worse and worse with her addiction. Her children have been taken away from her via DCFS but there hasn't seem to be a rock bottom for her yet. It's my prayer that she opens her heart to Jesus and that she lets Him in so that He can work the miracles that only He can in turning her life around. Jennifer Goluszka '06

  • The family of former Judson employee Darrell Spurlock has suffered another loss. Please pray for healthy grieving and travel mercies as we lay to rest Darrell's sister-in-law on Feb 3, 2024. Kathleen Brumbaugh

  • My husband Albert will be having a Cochlear Implant on May 14th. Please pray for the doctor and my husband Albert. He had 4 mini-strokes last Summer and he lost all his hearing. This is supposed to help him hear. Anita Kunz '70
