Requirements

Ability to play advanced piano accompaniment for choir
Work cooperatively and under direction of choir director
Play 5-minute prelude, 1-1 % minute offertory, postlude, and hymns

Time Commitment

2025/2026 choir season runs from late August 2025 - May 24, 2026
Sunday worship service piano music is year-round except the first Sunday of
each month
Choir practice Wednesdays 7:15-8:45 p.m. during the choir season
Choir practice Sundays 9:15-10:15 a.m. & choir performance during the
worship service between 10:30-11:30 a.m. during the choir season
Play prelude, offertory, postlude, and hymns in Sunday worship service
10:25-11:30/11:45 a.m. year-round except the first Sunday of each month
o Accompany Choir only on first Sunday of each month during the choir
season
Potential Ash Wednesday service February 18, 2026
Potential Maundy Thursday service April 2, 2026
Good Friday service April 3, 2026
Next choir season: Christmas concert rehearsal 2026 TBA
Next choir season: Christmas concert (Sun.) 2026 at 3:00 TBA

Compensation

Choir $125/week (Wed. rehearsal & Sunday rehearsal/performance)
Worship service $100/week
