Overview
Join our growing vibrant community as a Youth Ministry Director, where you will inspire and guide young individuals through their spiritual journey. This dynamic role combines leadership, mentorship, and teaching to foster a supportive environment for youth development. You will serve as a compassionate leader, creating engaging programs that nurture faith, character, and community involvement among adolescents and young adults. Duties

• Develop and implement engaging youth programs, activities, and events that promote spiritual growth and community involvement
• Provide mentorship to youth facing personal challenges or life transitions
• Lead weekly youth group meetings, Bible studies, and special outreach initiatives with enthusiasm and clarity
• Coordinate volunteer teams, including parents and church members, to support youth activities and event
• Foster open communication with parents, church staff, and community partners to ensure cohesive support for young people
• Demonstrated ability to organize events, manage volunteers, and lead group activities effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with youth from diverse backgrounds
• Potential to lead to full time position
