Meadows Christian Fellowship is a welcoming, multi-generational church passionate about helping people Know, Love, and Become like Jesus Christ. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Lead Worship: Prepare and lead music for Sunday services, choosing songs that reflect our mission and encourage participation.
• Team Leadership: Organize and lead rehearsals, support and encourage volunteer musicians and tech team members.
• Service Coordination: Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to create meaningful worship experiences.
• Tech & Media: Oversee basic sound and media needs (training provided if needed). 

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Growing Christian Faith: Demonstrates a vital and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for the Gospel.
• Biblical Understanding: Able to articulate a foundational understanding of Biblical theology.
• Musical Skills: Strong vocal ability, proficient in reading music and basic music theory, skilled in playing a lead instrument (guitar or piano preferred).
• Worship Leadership: Experience leading worship in a church or ministry setting.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with live sound equipment and media tools (e.g., Proclaim, Planning Center, etc.).
• Organizational Skills: Able to plan, schedule, and manage worship team logistics and budget.
• Team Building: Ability to instruct, coach, and encourage worship team participants.
• Relational Skills: Able to foster positive relationships and build community within the worship team and church.
• Alignment: Supports Meadows Christian Fellowship’s statement of faith and core values.
• Membership: Willing to make Meadows Christian Fellowship your church home through membership.
